I know this isn't exactly what it means, and we've seen this before on the Facebook site but it's still ridiculous that this is an effective marketing strategy for and apartment complex.

Ugh. I love the Church, and I love BYU....but Utah culture is just disgusting.

...They have this in Idaho, too. Right next to BYU-Idaho. It's not the Church, nor the schools, it the people in them. :) But Baptists, Catholics, and several other religions have their "cultures" too.
That is totally embarrassing.

It's definitely just a guarantee that if you happen to get married while living there, you can easily get out of your contract..
