I don't have a camera yet with enough zoom (I'll get pictures as soon as I can), but open your windows, take a look.

What is that?

Is it supposed to cover up the bottom, so it looks like. "V" for UVU?

Is it covering up a giant red "U", a present from the U of U?

This deserves investigation.

For my hypnotism needs I always choose the guy parked outside seven eleven with an advertisement on the back window of his dodge 4x4.

Ya know cause sometimes you need hypnotism, you need it fast, and with a southern drawl.

Classy, Provo. Though I'm assuming these students (living immediately south of campus) did this in the tongue-in-cheek sense.
