Little details like this can really personalize a persons vehicle, you know? It let's people know who you really are. Like, for instance, a pair of testicles hanging from the back of your truck let's people know...uhhh...

Or he thinks it's clever?
No, wait, he wants people to know that he is a 2 dimensional characature, right?
That he's secretly insecure about his masculinity?
That he thinks this is how you assert manliness?
